Product Features
1. The drying system is controlled by an advanced frequency modulation, which will adjust the air flow in the oven, and the air flow is in order;
2. Dipped paper does not have jitter, glue phenomenon, PID temperature control is accurate to ±1 °C;
3. The synchronous control system adopts PLC control and D/A module signal conversion or communication synchronization;
4. High synchronization accuracy, easy operation and use, stable performance, long service life;
5. The shearing system is controlled by independent PLC. The system adopts coding technology, and the shearing is accurate;
6. The secondary coating adopts high wear-resisting anilox roller, which can accurately adjust the amount of glue, and can be used for the secondary coating of the primary impregnated paper.
