Impregnation line for melamine paper includes uncoiling machine, first dip glue machine, first dryer, second dip glue machine, second dryer and cutting device, among which, the outlet end of the first dip glue machine is set with magnetic edge scraper, while the first dryer and the second dryer are set with exhaust fan. The outlet end of the second rubber dipping machine is provided with a rubber edge scraper.

 

Product Introduction

The first dryer of the Impregnation line for melamine paper and the exhaust fan of the second dryer are connected with a frequency converter, and the frequency converter adjusts the wind speed of the exhaust fan of the dryer, thereby achieving the effect of saving electricity and avoiding heat loss; A rubber scraper is installed at the outlet end of the second dipping machine, and the glue immersed on both sides of the impregnated paper which is twice dipped by the rubber scraper is scraped off, which can be recycled, saved, and environmentally friendly.

Technical requirements and characteristics

6.With unique size and counting control system, the cutting length can be changed in real time in production, and three cutting parameters can be preset, so as to achieve zero waste switching when changing impregnated paper of different specifications. The counting function can guarantee the accurate production statistics and set the counting alarm value to realize the alarming function.
