China’s urbanization rate is 57%, compared with 80% in Japan, the United States and other countries, there is still room for urbanization. In the future, the rigid demand for house purchasing brought by urbanization and the improved demand for housing brought by consumption upgrading are still the long-term support points for the real estate industry to continue to develop and further drive the development of furniture, flooring and other wood-based panel downstream industries.
